National Art Supplies is registered with the MBIE we are able to supply our entire product range to our customers via email and telephonic options.

We are not able to offer returns, exchanges or replacements at this time. We will happily attend to any issues once the lockdown is over.

Our deliveries will be contactless via a courier service. We can arrange a time slot for you to do a contactless collection from our Onehunga address. Educational orders over $50 are free delivery.

Due to the extraordinary circumstances, we may be out of stock of some items. We will offer an alternative or gladly carry a backorder for you, if required.

Shipping of school kits

National Art Supplies bulk delivers school kits directly to your school, so there is no charge!

If your order is placed by the cut off date, it will be delivered during the first week of term.

If you order after this date, your order will be scheduled into a weekly delivery to your school. There will still be no delivery charge.

If there are any delays with your order, you will be updated by your teacher.

For a full refund, any returns must be unopened and in the original packaging.

National Art Supplies utilises ANZ to process your payments and Payment express as the payment gateway service provider. ANZ protects all cardholder data and all customer credit card information is securely submitted and processed through Payment Express. Amex & Diner cards are not accepted.
